1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free from scratches, marks, damage, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging

  5. Ship the item to the return address provided after approval

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

We will cover shipping costs in such cases.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval)

  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping costs

  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU regulations. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
