Shipping policy

At Shahsawaar, we ensure your order is delivered safely, securely, and efficiently.

We currently ship across Pakistan only.


1. Free Shipping

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over Rs.1200 across Pakistan.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 2–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Customized or pre-order items: As specified on the product page

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from delivery time.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Nationwide (Pakistan): 3–5 business days

Total estimated time from order placement:
5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp messageOR

  • A tracking number (if applicable)

          OR

  • Instructions to track your parcel online


5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers

  • Delays caused by incomplete address details

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.


6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If a customer:

  • Does not respond to courier calls

  • Refuses to accept the parcel

  • Fails to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping costs may apply

  • Future orders may require advance payment

This protects us from fake or abusive orders.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Keep all original packaging

If approved, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building security

  • Verify your shipping address

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the courier.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Eid or peak seasons

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service issues

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
